The GEL-495TR is a cross trainer that falls into the 80% court activity split. That is, it is ideally suited to someone primarily participating in sports with a high degree of side to
side movement like netball, basketball and tennis, but still undertakes the occasional walk or run. The defining feature of this court based cross trainer is an extremely hard wearing outsole, achieved through the use of AHAR+ (ASICS High Abrasion Rubber) that wraps up onto the midsole in multiple locations to protect against the wear and tear associated with cross lateral movement. This outsole wrapping combined with a stitched toe delivers a high level of strength and durability.
